Refund Policy

At The Black Dingo Alliance, we are committed to transparency and integrity in our operations. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our supporters feel confident and informed when contributing to our cause.

1. Donations for Specific Projects

If you have made a donation for a specific project or initiative and we are unable to proceed with that project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will redirect your donation to another ongoing project or initiative to help dingos.

2. General Donations

For general donations that are not designated for a specific project, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you believe there has been an error or issue with your donation, please contact us at blackdingoallianceinc@gmail.com within 30 days of the donation date. We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
